--- PURCHASE ON ETSY: The purchase on my Etsy shop (www.etsy.com/shop/Jeyam5) requires the registration to the website etsy.com.
Registrare an account is simple and fast and the website is safe and trustable like Ebay and more than that you could buy more products completely handmade from all over the world!
Once you're registred you'll simply have to click on "Add to cart" on the page of the jewel you intend to buy and you're done with shopping you open your cart and complete the payment via Paypal or credit card. I'll contact you immediately and I'll inform you when your package is dispatched.
(The insured shipping is not automatically available on the website, you might send me a message when you buy and add 7 $ to the payment).
--- PURCHASE VIA EMAIL: For who has problems with the Etsy registration or simply doesn't want to registrate for a purchase or want something else not available in the shop, it's possible to request your jewels via email to jeyam.creativity@gmail.com or though the form on the "contact me" page.
In the email you simply have to specify the description of the products you intend to buy, the type of shipping (see the shipping section) and the address for the shipping.
Same thing if you want to request personalized jewels or not listed items.
Describe your desired jewel with as more details as you can and I'll try to realize it in the best way I can!

--- PURCHASE ON FACEBOOK: The purchase on Facebook is exactly like the one via email. You simply have to send me a private message (www.facebook.com/Jeyam5) with the product's description, the type on shipping and the address for the shipping.
Same thing if you want to request personalized jewels or not listed items.

--- PAYMENTS: Payments from Italy can be made with PAYPAL to the email address mystella@hotmail.it, POSTEPAY and payment from the post office (if you don't have a Postepay).
INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS are only accepted with Paypal! (because I don't know any othe way!)
If you have a credit card or a bank account and you don't have a Paypal account, I deeply recommend you to open it! It's FREE, FAST and SAFE!
You can even open it and use it only one time or purchase on the internet every time you want with a simple click without showing anybody your credit card number!
It will take a couple of days to link your bank account or credit card to Paypal (for safety reasons).

--- SHIPPING: For international shipping (yes, worldwide!) you can choose between:
-PRIORITARY: cheap but not safe at all! Most of the time the packages get lost and never ever found again. The price though is about 3 $.
-TRACKABLE: The price is a bit higher but it's safe! Every package has a code that I'll send you after the shipping confirmation and with which you can track your package in every moment from the website I'll give you. The price is about 10 $.
The shipping time for both cases is from 10 to 20 days (it depends from your location).
I dispatch packages every monday and thursday. But if you're in a hurry tell me immediately and I'll dispatch it the day after the payment is received.
--- DISCLAIMER: From the dispatchment moment on, I'm no more responsible of the loss, delays or ruined product. The Post offices handle the packages, not me! After I shipped your package, there's nothing else I can do for it!
